We partnered with Glen Eira City Council to create a series of interpretive signs for Caulfield Park Lake—an iconic urban space undergoing environmental restoration. Through illustration-led storytelling, we helped share the park’s rich history while championing its native flora and fauna.

Our challenge was to balance heritage and biodiversity in a way that felt inviting, family-friendly, and informative. The signage design features vibrant, hand-drawn digital illustrations of native birds, aquatic life, and land animals, each paired with storytelling that highlights the Council’s commitment to rewilding and restoration.
Designed for all ages, the signage invites visitors to engage deeply with their surroundings. Each piece encourages connection—not just to the park’s past, but to its thriving ecological future.
We’re proud that the final designs were recognised as a finalist in the 2024 AGDA Design Awards.
